Manager, Corporate Administration (Property)


·         Oversee and handle full range of office administration functions to ensure cost efficient operation

·         Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely reporting and smooth transactions of all general administration related affairs

·         Develop, implement and review office administration policies, procedures and work processes to cope with Company strategies/objectives

·         Manage administrative staff to ensure adherence to Company policies/procedures and contribute to develop staff through training and coaching

·         Source and establish effective business relationship with suppliers, monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance to the budget plan and service quality standard of the Company

·         Conduct contract comparison and negotiation as well as perform regular vendor analysis and benchmark the pricing model

·         Provide property management services to support business operations of all business units in Hong Kong

·         Manage office maintenance/renovation/relocation projects, negotiate contracts with contractors, monitor contractors’ performance, analyze issues and propose solutions according to project plans

·         Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in areas of health, safety and environment

·         Ensure physical management and safeguarding of the Company buildings, its equipment and furniture and provide logistic support of all activities in the building

·         Ensure cost effective and high quality purchase conditions of goods and services within own administrative and property areas

·         Monitor and execute capital expenditure and operation expenses and manage budget according to annual business plan and forecasts

 We look for:

·         Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement, Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines, preferably with Master Degree.

·         Qualified member of a professional institute

·         Extensive experience with full range of Corporate Administration and Property Management (including office relocation and renovation) exposure

·         Minimum 10 years relevant experience within large MNCs, preferably (but not essential) in the hi-tech/telecom industry (minimum three years senior management experience with exposure to strategic role)

·         Mature, self-motivated, capable of working independently and effectively with strong project management skills

·         Strong negotiation and contract management skills

·         Excellent analytical thinking with problem solving skills and strong business sense

·         Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency throughout complex organizations

·         Willing to meet challenges and able to multi-task in a fast-pace working environment

·         Good leadership and influencing skills

·         Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal with different levels of people

·         Strong communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Proficiency in MS office applications and knowledge in ERP an advantage
